Zlín province, the Czech Republic hung Vietnamese flag to welcome the delegation of Gia Lai province

From March 30, 2017 to March 31, 2017, after completing the time in Moravskoslezsko Province, the delegation of Gia Lai Province with 16 members, leaded by Mr.Vo Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has worked with Zlín province, where is famous on Bata brand.

During the time here, the government and people of Zlín left a deep impression on the delegation of Gia Lai when hung the Vietnamese flag on March 30-31, 2017 at the column of Building 21, Headquarters Government of Zlín.

At the meeting with Mr. Jirí Cunek, the governor of Zlín province, the two sides had a discussion about the opportunities and barriers in cooperation between Zlín and Gia Lai. They also expressed their wish to expand bilateral cooperation in different fields. The two sides signed a memorandum to establish a cooperative relationship between two provinces. It was considered  as a basis for multi-faceted cooperation in the coming time. Mr. Vo Ngoc Thanh sincerely invited Mr. Jirí Cunek, the leaders of Zlín Province and the businesses to visit Gia Lai province. Mr. Jirí Cunek happily accepted the invitation and promised to arrange a visit to Gia Lai the earliest time possible.

After that, the delegation visited Continental – Barum factory, the leading enterprise in tire production in the world. The two sides exchanged useful information to guide the leading enterprises in Vietnam's rubber industry such as Vietnam Rubber Group, 15 Corp and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group.

On March 31, 2017, the delegation visited and worked with Tomas Bata University (TBU), which has many collaborative programs with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). Prof. Petr Saha, rector of Tomas Bata University welcomed the delegation very warmly and helped the delegation in visiting the Continental Group and the Zlín province. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Professor made all members very moving. The delegation also visited many places of TBU, including the largest polymer center in Europe - the pride of Tomas Bata University in particular and the Czech Republic in general.

On 2/4/2017, the delegation left the Prague capital to return Vietnam, completed the time in the Czech Republic in general and Zlín in particular; It opened up new strides in cooperation between Gia Lai province and localities in the Czech Republic.
