STATE DOCTORAL EXAM VIA ONLINE FORM OF THE SANDWICH DOCTORAL PROGRAM IN COVID-19

Due to the Covid-19, many doctoral students could not travel to the Czech Republic to take their State Doctoral Exams in partner universities. Hence, the European Cooperation Center (ECC), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Faculty of Management and Economics (FaME), Tomas Bata University (TBU), Czech Republic agreed to allow students to take their State Doctoral Exams via an online form at Inspire Library – Ton Duc Thang University under supervision of the ECC.

TBU’s council participants included prof. D. Pavelková, B. Popesko, F. Chromjaková, M. Chovancová, A. Klapalova, L. Homolka... and TDTU’s council participants included Dr. Phan Dao – Director of the European Cooperation Center, and Dr. Do Thi Thanh Nhan – Graduated doctoral student of FaME, who is now a Lecturer of Faculty of Finance & Banking, TDTU.

The defense of the doctoral thesis outline took place in a serious, solemn atmosphere and compliance with the regulations of the two universities. Operating Officers of the faculty highly valued the preparation of 5 doctoral students and send thanks to ECC, Bata Center, and TDTU for organizing the exam for students.
