The Stanford University rankings began in 2019, under which the experts classify scientists into 22 scientific fields and 176 subfields. There are two lists that are released — career wise rankings (data based on last 25 years,) and the second one is rankings for the last one year.
This ranking focuses on impact (citations) rather than productivity (number of publications) and it also incorporates information on co-authorship and author positions (single, first, last author).

He is a co-supervision of the grant FRVŠ - Parallel Computing Lab too. Ivan Zelinka is a member of the British Computer Society, IEEE (a committee of the Czech Computer Intelligence division), and serves on the international program committees of various conferences and three international journals. Prof. Miroslav Voznak, Lecturer at Faculty of Electrical Engineering - Computer Science, VSB Technical University of Ostrava. Prof. Voznak is interested in the following areas: Cybersecurity, Multimedia, Sensor Networks, QoS/QoE and big data analytics. Currently, he is a member of the Quantum Computing Project built at VSB Technical University of Ostrava with EU funds.
