Based on a cooperation agreement between Ton Duc Thang University and University of Pardubice, which was signed on November 2017. European Cooperation Center (ECC) and Bata Centre invited Professors of Faculty of Economics & Administration, Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Informatics, University of Padubice to visit and work in Vietnam from May 15th to May 23rd, 2018.
On the first days in Vietnam, representatives of Bata Center together with leaders of the two faculties visited and worked with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Hanoi University and The University of Danang University of Economics.
On May 21st, 2018, Director of ECC and delegation met the delegation and worked with leaders of faculties: Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Accounting, Faculty of Finance & Banking about researching seminars and training programs, exchanging students and lecturers.
During this visit, the ECC took the professors on a tour around Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta and also a food tour, so they could try the cuisine of Vietnam. Professors also expressed interest in Vietnam and their hopes to come here again as soon as possible. In addition, delegation expressed hope to soon implement cooperation programs with ECC, Bata Centre and other departments, institutes and centers of Ton Duc Thang University.
In the afternoon of May 23rd, 2018, the delegation returned to Czech Republic. The visit and their work finished wonderfully in Vietnam.
